Please help me!!! Unprotected oral sex

Hi HIV prevention community. Excuse my weak English. I would like to know some information that would help me decide whether I go or not to test. Before 13 days I had a risky situation.
I had protected vaginal sex with sex worker and unprotected oral sex, consisting of

                                   1) fellatio, I did not see any blood in its mouth on the penis I had no wounds, scratches     or  something similar. I made it into the mouth.

                                  2) Cunnilingus, I licked her clit and outer lips, I certainly did not see or smell menstrual blood. In my mouth, I had no wounds, scars or scratches

Today is day 13 after exposure and I have no symptoms. I feel very guilty, becase I have girl I love. That was my first time i cheated her and I will never do it again. Can I have sex with my baby? I don ´t want to put her life in a risk. Thank you for your comments.

DR HOOK is always speaking about chance 1:10000 to be infect by oral sex. This estimation is based on some scientific data or it is only some theoretical equation of zero risk in the world where zero not exist?

I don ´t have any money. I have put all my trust in you, because you are expert in advicing. Are there some documented cases of via oral sex transmission? And one last thing. When I was giving her cunnilingus I had a little bloody scar, between my mouth and nose. Increase this fact level of my risk or is it risk still zero?

You go into the doctor's forum and pay your money to have them explain it to you if you don't understand.

There is no difference between my or Dr. Hook's use of "low risk" and other experts' "no risk".

This doesn´t make any sence to me. Meaning of terms "no" and "low" are not the same. Please explain.

There is no debate (among experts) about the HIV risks associated with oral sex. The risk is so low that almost nobody who cares for HIV infected patients has ever had a patient believed to have been infected that way. Among experts, it's a semantic issue about using terms like "no risk" and "very low risk". There is no difference between my or Dr. Hook's use of "low risk" and other experts' "no risk".
DR. HANSFIELD

"And oral sex is basically safe sex -- completely safe with respect to HIV and although not zero risk for other STDs, the chance of infection is far lower than for unprotected vaginal or anal sex. Please educate yourself about the real risks. If you stick with oral sex and condom-protected vaginal or anal sex, you have no HIV worries and very little worry about other STDs. " DR HANSFIELD

"I am sure you can find lots of people who belive that HIV is transmitted by oral sex, but you will not find scientific data to support this unrealistic concern..." DR HOOK
"HIV is not spread by touching, masturbation, oral sex or condom protected sex."- DR. HOOK

in the public HIV Prevention forum of MedHelp, TEAK and the other moderators maintain that oral sex in all forms is a zero risk activity. Would you agree with this assessment?
I TOTALLY AGREE / DR GARCIA

"The observation on thousand and thousand of observations is that HIV is not spread by oral sex (of any sort)." DR HOOK
