No fever, but other symptoms

I had exposure to a sex worker unprotected three times. The second week, I developed a really sore throat where I couldn't talk and had a hard time breathing despite inhaler use. Week 2-3, I had severe headaches and usually I never have headaches. Also, I had muscle and joint pain that seemed to come and go, but the biggest thing to bother me is the feeling of pain behind my neck as if someone hit me hard back there.  Small rashes come and go. Week 3 to 4 mouth ulcers appear. And now, I feel a bump on the left side of my neck in comparison to my right side having none.

So far, no fever. If a bunch of symptoms show up without fever, am I okay? I am already counting away until I take a test by the third month.

thanks for your time
