Oil and condom

i had sex with a csw on 1st november 2012 , this was the first sexual encounter of my life.
I used a condom , but she used face cream as lubricant.
after the act , there was no visible breakage , but i did not inspect that my cum was in condom or not. but it appeared okay.
Now the question is can i get hiv ?

i am having symptoms canker sores , swollen lymph node ( one in neck and one in groin ) .
Exessive pimples on face .
sore throat feeling was there , i had turmeric and milk and it went away.

Please advice me i am afraid.
