Herpes outbreak or ARS?

I had an irresponsible one night encounter with a girl i've never met after heavy drinking. I have known i've had genital herps. I didn't have an outbreak at the time, and now 7 weeks later I have an outbreak and a wart. My question is how fast does your immune system start fighting the hiv virus? Is it possible for this "fight" against hiv to produce an outbreak of herpes because it is fighting that instead? I tested negative at 7 weeks and will test again after 12 weeks. Please advise.

Hi Teak,
A little over 6 weeks ago I had receptive oral sex (unprotected) with another man. He did not ejaculate in my mouth but I did get some pre-*** in my mouth (spat it out twice). I tested negative on an antibody test at 30 days. Admittedly, I had been panicing a lot an I worried myself into a herpes outbreak (I've had HSV2 for a long time). Now I'm concerned that it may be that HIV has lowered my immune system and that's why I had the outbreak. I'm certain that my story sounds like everybody elses but I could use some advice. thanks,

"irresponsible?" you can say that again. The chance that you caught HIV are a lot lower than you transmitting herpes to her. I hope you told her you had herpes before you had unprotected sex with her.
