hiv and oral

i recently performed (unprotected) oral sex on a man who claimed to be hiv negative. he did not ejaculate in my mouth, and although i recognize that this fear has probably been allayed at least a hundred times, i am still a bit worried. my lips were quite chapped at the time, and they had bled earlier on in the day (though not during the sexual encounter). should i be concerned?

thanks.
