sex post circumcision

Dear all,
I'm an Indian male, working in a work site of Africa.
Several months ago I had circumcision in India.
Two weeks ago I had condom vaginal sex with an African CSW. It hurt when having sex because a few thread residues remained in my foreskin, which were not removed or assimilated. And after sex, I saw a little blood at the hole of thread residue.
The condom was not sound because it's a used one, I had reused it several times before that encounter.
What's your opinion about my risk of catching HIV?

Couldn't her secretions come into my condom via the loose base and infect my wound that's still bleeding?

It's not available at my work place. Most coworkers here reuse condom for 1-2 times, but I used it 3 times and washed it every time.
It's a bit loose, but I didn't see it break wide open, still a risk or not?
