Oral sex with teetth braces

Hi Doc,

I'm a 32 yrs old male, circumcised. Three weeks ago, I received an unprotected oral sex and protected sex with a prostitute. After 3 days, I had a burning sensation every time I pee which lasted for two weeks. I also noticed scaling on my penis head which lasted for 5 days.

I am very worried about HIV infection because of the fact that she has braces as it is possible that her gum might be bleeding on that time. I also found out today that I have sores under my tongue.

Thanks.

No you don't need to test you didn't have a risk of contracting HIV.

OK, this is the fourth week since i received unprotected oral sex. The burning sensation i had before is back. It seems that this is yeast infection. I have read that recurring yeast infection is a sign of HIV infection. I also found out that i have i lot of sores near my throat, gum and tongue. Is this ARS?

Oral sex no. Unprotected vaginal or anal sex yes.

Thanks for your reply.

Forgot to add that I also had sex with another prostitute a day before that. Does this increased the chance of contracting HIV if both of them are positive?

You didn't have a risk of contracting HIV from oral sex even if the girl had bleeding gums and was HIV positive.
