Worried about exposure

g29
Dr., I am 25 years old and recently had a sexual encounter with 2 prositutes at the same time.  The first one put a condom on me then began oral sex, the other one continued oral sex on me until I was erect.  When I became erect (condom still on) i had sex with one of them for about 15 seconds in missionary position.  I then pulled out because the other looked more appealing.  When I pulled out, they took the condom off of me and put a new one on because I wanted the other girl.  After putting the new condom on she gave me oral again and then I tried penetrating her for like 10 seconds but I couldn't get it in, they then gave me oral with condom on until ejaculation then they removed the condom and I left.  I got home 10-15 minutes later and showered thoroughly.  I don't think the condom broke but I did not check it.  Also, I am worried because they were sex workers from Costa Rica and I am ignorant about that countries hiv rates.  I just want to know if you think I should be tested.

Regards,
G

sorry...this is NOT the doctor's forum.

ok now...there is a GOOD reason that these two pros were careful about condom usage...they wanted to protect themselves from you!!!!!!

you were never at risk from the described situation.  protection is protection...i hope you tipped them well :)

So you think I should go get tested if I have been tested negative before this incident?

You don't need to test from this incident. If the condom broke, you would know. It would BREAK very noticably.

Yeah I guess you are right.  Thank you for the reassurance.  I have been reading what the Dr.'s have been posting and it makes sense.  This is a very good forum and further communicates to me the level of ignorance on HIV (including my own).
