New spin on oral?

I'm a male, I recently and protected sex and UNprotected oral sex with a promiscuous lady. The intercourse is no concern, i used a condom, and i know from repeated reading of the Doctor's posts on this site that oral is not considered risky, however she had a good few symptoms that are related to acute infection of HIV, and i know she has had at least 3 sexual partners very recently. My question is: how much riskier is receiving oral sex from an HIV+ individual during their acute infection than when they are past that phase? This was a drunken mistake that i would always avoid otherwise as HIV is always on my anxious mind.

You should already have total confidence because you never placed yourself at risk for contracting HIV. I promise you are just fine.

It wouldn't have mattered if she was HIV positive you didn't have a risk.
