Penetrate through underwear

Sir may I know is it possible to penetrate through underwear in sexual position. I had my undwear on and she was naked. I pressed my penis like normal ******* style. I didn't realized my penis gone inside beyond the vegina opening. My question is if though it has touched the vegina opening, is it considered as penetration or slight touch to the vegina is considered as penetration? Probably he had vegina fluid which passed through the underwear.

Please reply.

There are only 3 risks for HIV and you didn't do any of them so you are safe.
HIV is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only 3 adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex
3. sharing needles that you inject with. Knowing these 3 are all you need to know to protect yourself against HIV. Your situation is a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established so there is no detail that you can add that will make your encounter a risk for HIV. No one got HIV from the situation you encountered in 40 years and likely no one will in the next 40 of your life, so there in no more likelihood of HIV transmission happening than of you getting hit by a meteor as you read this.

Hi my question is related to penetration, is it possible to penetrate through male underwear in sexual position. If the penis touched the vegina opening, is it considered as penetration or for penetration, the penis has to enter at least one inch ? Because people say no penetration, no risk.
I'm sure that you know the meaning of penetration - Touching is clearly not penetration so reread the advice about touching and move on from HIV.
Thank you sir. So do I understand penetration means penis is inside the vegina atleast by few inches, is not just touching the vegina opening?
I must appreciate your help and time. You are great and relieved me completely. I thought touching the vegina opening is also termed as penetration. Now I considering, for penetration, the penis has to go inside the vegina to some extent and then only there will be risk for exposure. With this assumption, I am moving on from HIV and deciding to live a normal life. Please clarify for any wrong assumptions.

Thank you sir for your great comment and help.
You figured it out, and are safe, so now you can enjoy your life.
Once again, a big thanks. Great relief. I had a wrong assumption thought HIV can't transmit through underwear and that's why I did so.
