Penis Frictoin Burn

Statistics before incident: I have never had an STD, I am currently 100% free of any disease or infection of any kind.
One night I was half asleep it was very hot and I started scratching my penis. I guess I scratched for too long and got a type of friction burn on the underside of my penis where the base meets the scrotum. There was no sign of  scabbing, or open, cut, or redness but I could tell the area was sensitive due to the small rug burn sensation. I had PROTECTED sex with a codom the next day. But you know how the condom doesnt roll all the way down to the base of the penis and I am assuming that area was still exposed. My question is IF (because I do not know, however I doubt it) the person I had sex with did have the HIV virus would I have a very strong chance at getting the virus.

Yes, not from scratching. I can see that if it was just an itch there wouldnt be much of an issue. But if the area is similar to what would be considered friction burn during sex, couldnt that be considered an open wound of some sort? If letsssay I had issue on the tip of my penis and had unprotected sex wouldnt it be a high risk situation? My worry stems from the fact that the "wounded" area was at the base of the penis where the condom may not have covered it and where there may be chances of getting the womans fluids on it during the act

HIV is transmitted by:
Unprotected penetrative vaginal and anal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug abusers
Mother to infant

You scratching you penis is not a risk of contracting HIV.

And why do you think that?
