hello,about a month ago i had a mutual masterbation with another guy.i had a abrasion cut about 1/4inches round on my hand which i cut 28 hours before,also it was not bleeding at time of incident.when we were masterbating his penis touch my cut and some pre cum got on it,which i may add some of the top layer of skin was removed from day before.is there a risk for hiv infection.
