Hi. I've read a lot of comments in this community and I'd like to ask the frequent responders to please assess my situation before answering, and to please please not call me an abnormal person with no medical training with abnormal concerns. I know you probably get a lot of similar questions but I really would like to get an honest assessment. So here goes.
Is there a risk when you share a drinking straw with a positive person? I had a fresh wound in my mouth and two infected molars (which were hollowed, very painful, and very swollen) at that time. I used the straw right after the person used it.
At 13 days, I had an Ag/Ab test which was negative. But at 21 days, I started having an itchy throat, headaches, and muscle ache. At 25 days, I had a really bad headache and developed some red spots on my legs. I have also been feeling nauseous for several days and the itchiness in my throat had continued.
Please, was there a risk in this situation? Should I get tested? What do you think about the headaches, muscle ache, red spots, nausea, and itchy throat?
