What are the possibilities?

So I'm going to make this as short as possible. New partner and first time having sex. We used a condom but was doing it in the shower when I went to change position I noticed blood inside the condom. INSIDE THE CONDOM. It was not from me but from him. Ive never experienced or saw anything like that before. I am freaking out. How likely am I to catch something even though we used protection? Is it possible some of it came out during the action because Ive always thought everything stayed inside the condom but then again there are possibilities.

"..but then again there are possibilities." No don't worry, because there aren't possibilities. A condom is called safe sex because it is. If it was so loose that some blood came out the bottom of the condom, then the condom would have to fall off.
