Hiv through eye

First of all sorry for my english. I want to know if I risk hiv infection if I touched ( masturbating myself ) my penis ( with condom on) wet by vaginal fluids. Then ( I don't remember how many seconds passed ) I rubbed my eye (not touched it directly). What worry me is that this eye began to weep. Another thing that worry me is that the eye is mucous.
In others forum they said me that it was an indirect contact so I don't have to worry. A doctor told me the same. Another said that it was highly improbable. What I want to know is if every indirect contact could be considered without risk. Another question is about the elisa test with search of p24(4th gen.). If I do it at 16 days after this event could I considered it very reliable? I can't sleep please anwser me.

Thanks, the "highly improbable" answer of the 2nd doctor worried me but I am optimistic now.

In my country IV gen elisa test is free so I can do it whenever I want, this is why I want to know if a 16 days test would be reliable.
