Please tell me I'm being ridiculously paranoid

I swear I'm going loony.
Basically, I got with a guy who turned out to be a bit promiscuous (basically just have him a hand job and kissed), had a HIV scare and got over it.
I made the mistake again >:( we kissed (open-mouth but no tongues), he fingered me and I gave him a hand job ...first got some precum and then his cum on my hand...
I have dry skin on the patch it came into contact with...should I be worried?

The reason I'm concerned is that: A- He's known to be promiscuous ...thus HIV status is more likely than other to be positive and B- He has had this swollen gland on the back of his head and one on his earlobe for a hell of a long time...swollen lymph nodes?

and I keep catching viruses that are doing the rounds and I never used to be ill all the time :(

Some frank (yet preferably detailed), reassuring few sentences on my level of risk should suffice in calming me down

and some info. on how long after HIV acquisition/for how long after acquisition do glands raise?
