(Poked) worst ever situation !! wanna experience suggestions
Hey ,
I don't know how i end up here with this worse situation
please i want an experience person to help me with that
Today i want to the lab to do a blood test for new insurance
The lab was empty and no one in the reception
I saw a paper left in the front of the desk of the reception
The paper has a list of tests like (HBV-HCV..) there was a blue mark under HIV test and that paper left by person how want to do the test . Not from the staff . I pushed the pepper a little bit to have a free space to but my phone .
When i left the lab i saw a poke with tiny blood in my finger
I really got scared what if there was a pin or and sharp under that pepper and it has a blood
Or what if the paper poked my finger
Or it might the person but needle under the paper for revenge .
Please don't say i have a mental problem . I don't .because every thing is could happened !?
Let's say there was a pin or needle under the Paper that left by infection person for (revenge) and it poked me . What is my risk !?
Do i have to visit emergency !? Or PEP?
Do i have to stop having unprotecte sex with my regular girlfriend.
Please waiting for your suggestions

You don't have an HIV concern, and clearly your anxiety is an issue....this would not be a worry for people who aren't anxious about HIV and for those who understand HIV and what constitutes a risk.
