Possible HIV/AIDS infection from first time doing oral?

So, I am a female and a virgin. I have had several boyfriends before but never been sexually active with ANYONE until my current one. We have not had actual INTERCOURSE, but a few months ago he preformed cunnilingus on me for the first time ever, he also came up to kiss me directly afterwards too. (I'll also note that he has never had any sexual interaction with anyone before me.) About three days after he did this, I was up all night with horrible nausea, chills, just the basic flu-like symptoms. I also had an extremely severe sore throat. I went to the doctor and was informed I had strep. I took my antibiotics, and a few weeks later it came back (with the symptoms a little less severe). Again, I took the next round of antibiotics and took all the precautions I was supposed to, but it came back a third time. After this, I keep getting very very mild and strange symptoms every week, with my having a sore throat at least 3-5 days a week along with an increase in headaches, an increase in colds (I've had four in about 5 months), much more severe than normal carsickness, real abnormal menstrual cycle, fatigue, and a lot of abdominal unease (not too much acute pain but just some uncomfortablness). I stopped going to the doctor after the third time I got strep because nothing was changing and I just kept getting medicine that didn't work and I kept wasting money on gas, copays, and useless other stuff.
All these weird and random symptoms really have me freaking out thinking I'm dying or something is wrong with me, and so I reflected on all this and realized that it all started just a couple days after my boyfriend performed cunnilingus on me (again, both of our first sexual experiences EVER).

And now, about 5/6 months after that initial encounter, he has been diagnosed with mono and a double ear infection. I know certain sexual diseases like HIV/AIDS don't present symptoms for months or weeks or years and I read that mono has a lot of similar symptoms to HIV (as does the strep that I had). I just thought that the fact that we contracted strep and mono, 2 things with similar symptoms to HIV/AIDS, was awful weird...

I searched my symptoms (I know, probably not the best course of action) and kept finding that they matched up with HIV/AIDS symptoms. I was just wondering what is the probability that even though neither of us has ever had sex or anything that somehow I got HIV/AIDS from that encounter?
Am I just being a hypochondriac or is it even remotely within the realm of possibility that I, he, or both of us have somehow contracted this STD (or STI? I'm not sure which it is) from both our first encounter with oral sex.

Unprotected cunnilingus does not put you at any risk of HIV, however other STD's may be contracted through oral sex.

For HIV, cunnilingus is a "negligible risk" behavior, which means a risk of only theoretical nature, without any reported case. Therefore Zero practical risk

Also, get the HPV vaccine if you haven't already.

Please use protection even for oral sex.  Also, as you're entering the sexual world, educate yourself and take care of yourself.

Please be assertive in what you do and don't like and think about your pleasure. Looks like you're off to a good start, don't EVER do anything you don't want to do for ANY reason. Passing this on from my own past mistakes.  I hope you have little to no sexual regrets for the rest of your life.

Beat wishes and take care!

No, you can't get HIV from oral sex (giving or receiving).  The HIV virus is actually really fragile and is inactivated by air and saliva.  The only way adults get HIV is through unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing of IV drug needles.  Don't do those things, you won't get HIV.  And your partner would have to be HIV+ for you to get HIV as well which the boy you were with wouldn't have as he's had no previous partners as well.  Get yourself some condoms though to protect yourself in case you spontaneously decide to have sex.

Anyway, ZERO risk from two people who've never had sexual experience before getting HIV period and ZERO risk from oral sex period.
