Possible high risk exposure

I was given unprotected oral sex and also performed protected vaginal sex for a few minutes. 2 days after I experienced groin pain and frequent urination. The next few days added nausea and fatigue to the list and red color scrotum. Even though it was early I had an STD test at 5 days that came back all negative. I went to the docs and they gave me Ciproflauxin (500 mg) 2 x day for 10 days. While taking the meds I am still having symptoms and i had night sweats (day 9) for two days so far. Worried I have early signs of HIV. Any advise would be appreciated.

Symptoms are no reliable HIV indicators and other STDs concern could be discussed at another forum at MedHelp because we're HIV prevention specific.

One more thing, since I am still having symptoms, which now may also include weight loss and thrush ( noticed them today). Should I get STD test again incase there were any false negatives for other std's?

Thank you very much for your info. I am just full of anxiety because of the situation I put myself in. I am a bit of a hypochondriac in the first place, so all these symptoms coming together are freaking me a bit.

Vaginal fluid already "travelled" outside, can not cause a transmission.

I have history of anal fissures. Is it possible that vaginal fluids could have caused an infection through the fissures?

Your risk for HIV does not exist in the situation described.
