Possible infection

Hello, thanks for taking the time to reply to my question. I am extremelly worried and have acted very folished.
About a month ago I spent a weekend with friend that came to visit from Milan. She is Brazilian and lives in Milan for about 5 years, she is mid 20s and was married before in Italy. I don't really know her very well and her past sexual history. We had untrotected vaginal and oral sex once on Friday night and once on Sunday morning. She mentioned she was clean and had to STDs and stupidly I had unprotected intercourse. On the Monday I woke up with white small blisters with puss and noticeable inflamation in my penis. That same day I started to develop somre sore throat and fever and muscles aches. On Tuesday had very high fever 39-39.5 and very sore throat and fatigue. On Wednesday I had very sore throath and enlarged lymph nodes in my neck and felt really tired and lack of apetite, could hardly eat anything. On Friday I got one mouth ulcer and on what looked and felt like a number of herpes blisters around my nose. By that time the fever and sore throat were gone. I know I am not imagining any of these symptoms. They fever was very real and sore throat and my neck was very stiff. It is important to mention that these symptons seem to start 2 3 days after taking into account first exposure was Friday night and symptons started Monday or Tuesday.
The crazy twist about this is the following. Last weekend (about one month after the exposure) I met another British female friend. I know she is clean and was recently tested. This was not meant to happen but we had unprotected oral and she swalloed my cum. The following morning I gave her oral sex and then we had unprotective vaginal sex for about 2 min. I didn't ejaculate inside her and when I took my penis out to my horro it was covered in some blood. I went straight away to the shower and cleaned myself. I questioned her and she said she was clean and recently tested of STDs. I have no reason not to believe her. Then today (3 days after the exposure) I texted her and she said she had fever, sore throat and her whole body aches. No runny rose or coughing.
I am not extremely worried I might have been infected and then infect my friend.
Its all very confussing, is ARS possible 3-4 days after exposure?
The fact that 1-2 days after expsure I got blisters in my penis, what seem like herpes, could it be I got a herpes infection and my ARS-like symptoms were due to a viral herpes infection?
The fact that my British friend was in menstruation would that increase the risk on my passing HIV (if I had it) considering I didn't ejaculate in her and might have been in the window period?
Is there any other sexual transmitted desease I might have gotten from my brazilian friend that can produce those symptons so early (like mono, herpes, etc)?
I know I have been highly irresponsible and stupid. I need to seriously change somenthing in my life, I have gone thorugh a difficult time emotionally during the last few years and need to change my behavior. I really hope it not to late for me. Many thanks for reading this long post and for your replies. Best.

Reread all the replies you have been given and test 3 months post exposure to obtain a conclusive negative test result.

You mentioned on the first post ARS after 2-3 days is not possible, based on that very unlikey. Is that correct?
You last post is actually confussing. I know is lower than male to male and male to female, but we had sex twice and for quite a few minutes

I will always use condoms.
Based on what I said you believe the risk is quite low and unlikely?
I just want some piece of mind from someone that knows about this. I am worrying a lot. Thanks.

If you are infected yes you could infect someone else even before you have a positive result.

Until you are in a monogamous relationship and you've both tested negative together.

Definatelly will do.
But I should use condoms always no?
You mentioned "use condoms until you receive your negative test"
Does that imply I could infect someone now?

Just use condoms until you receive your conclusive negative test result.

Thanks again for your comments. If you think the risk is low I can wait until the 3 months (as I am not too keen on testing now)

The only way one will know if they have ARS symptoms is by testing positive and until then they are not called ARS symptoms.

Testing is free in the UK.
Its reassuring to hear from both of you the risk is low. If I am negative I can't explain why both me and the second girl having ARS like symptons.

His exposure was 4 weeks ago.He can test for that exposure.P24 antigen peaks at 4 weeks.

Duo test would be a waste of money since the P24 part of the test is only good from week 1-4.

Because it is much harder for a man to aquire the virus from a woman i believe your risk is slim but once again only a test can answer that question for you.If you are from the UK you have some of the best clinics in the world over there.Take advantage of world class testing.

If you have the DUO and it's negative, think of how much relief that will provide you. It's 99% accurate at 4 weeks.Take the test.

I know I should get tested. I need to get the courage to do it. I can't at the moment, I am very scared. I know symptons are not an indication, but I was really ill after having unprotective sex twice.

You have the option of having a DUO/COMBO test at 4 weeks which is very reliable and is when the p24 antigen is at it's peak. You must follow up at 3 Months for a 100% conclusive result. All the best.

Thank you for your reply. Could ARS-like symptons be caused by herpes or any other STD after only 2-3 days?

ARS if one has it at all comes on 2-4 weeks post exposure and lasts 1-2 weeks. You can obtain your conclusive negative test result 3 months post exposure.
