Prednisone and hiv tests

Hi. i am 21 years old male. i just took a hiv tests 1 and 2. both are luckily negative. however, i failed to tell the doctor that on that day i took my last tablet of prednisone (3-day medication). i took that medicine together with celestamine coz i had jock hitch which became allergy and later into boils on that week. i was also taking medications that lowers my cholesterol and uric acid at that time. in addition, silymarin was also prescribed to me. my question is, will any of those medicine affect my test? i did not have sex from the last ten years. i was raped when i was a kid and had sex. please help me in my inquiry. i hope a doctor can answer my query. i am very anxious already. thanks.

Really? If that so, thank you. I've read also in some of the archives here that says it does not interact with the test. I am still young and has many dreams in life. Thanks Teak. Good luck in your endeavors.

None of those medications would interfere with your test results.
