Problem for use PEP with act of blood transfusion, use blood productsPls help me!

Hi, I am a person from China. Two days ago, I injected Human Rabies Immunoglobulin in a hospital of China. Because China had a terrible history on blood transfusion (a large infect of hiv byblood transfusion in Henan Province in 1995) and blood products( blood coagulation factor VII  infected hiv to homophilia people in 1999). I was very afraid of the injection of Human Rabies Immunoglobulin. I know if people had blood with hiv, the rate of infection more than 90%. I started PEP (Truvada  and ISENTRESS which is Raltegravir Potassium Tablets) in 47 hours. I also saw some case about PEP with blood transfusion. A 12 years old girl had a blood transfusion with hiv blood, she took PEP( tenofovir, emtricitabine, ritonavir-boosted darunavir (subsequently changed to lopinavir) and raltegravir) after 24 hours and had these PEP for three months. This girl also has cssr5 dna which is a dna that hard to infect hiv. After 8 months, she had a negative result on HIV RNA and HIV ag/ab test. (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4226216/). Another case is an american woman who had blood transfusion with hiv blood used AZT after 19 days and insisted with 9 months, she got a negative result on hiv ag/ab test too. I have some questions but my knowledge is not enough to solve that. Please help me!!!
My questions are 1. For my situation, should I took PEP? If I take PEP,  which testing from CDC should I follow (4 months for Occupational exposure or 3 months for none Occupational exposure)?
2. From those two cases, those people both took PEP for more than three months. How long should I took PEP, still 28 days or like them? Do I need to add lopinavir like the first girl's case?
3. Is my behavior (injection blood products about 15 ml) risk is less than blood transfusions, as same as sharing needles or syringes, rinse water, or other equipment (works) used to prepare drugs for injection with someone who has HIV, as same as occupational exposure?
4. If my behavior actually got hiv blood products, is there a large success rate that PEP will be effective for this behavior?
5. In that 12 years old girl cases, she got hiv ag/ab test after 4 days and the result is more than 400. If the blood products has hiv, will I got the result like her in a very quick speed? What is the estimated windows for this?
I know this is a very complex question for you, but I cannot get help from doctors in China and people around. Please help me. I hope everything will go fine with you guys. Thank you so much !!!.

I don't think you'll ever find anyone on this forum that thinks you should be on PEP for a blood transfusion let alone a rabies shot.  You seem determined though.  Here is information dated 2017 in which it states clearly that the rate of HIV from blood transfusions in China is around ZERO.  https://www.ecns.cn/2017/12-02/282905.shtml

Anyway, since you've taken PEP and are on board with that, there isn't anything left to say to you.  I'll just wish you luck as PEP is not easy to take and if it makes you feel 'safe', then I guess it is worth it to you.  Nothing left to say here.
Emm... I had to say. Local hospital will lie to the local CDC center about this. In my city there is one people who was infected by blood transfusion and there is no public news about that.  According to China CDC, people who infect hiv with blood transfusion/ using blood products in the 2017 first season is 6 people. This is the number without any local fake report...
Anyway, thank you much for your help. I am so grateful to you.
If you guys can give me advice, please help me!!!
Unless you know that one person then it is probably a myth. I think you need therapy instead of PEP. You can get serious permanent damage from PEP. Nothing else for me or anyone else on this forum to say either, because Guitar  Rox is right.

You will not get HIV from a rabies shot.  THIS is how people get HIV, for real.  They have unprotected vaginal or anal penetrating sex or they share IV drug needles.  Taking care of your health and getting vaccinations is not how people get HIV.  You may search data bases and come up with this or that in the history of HIV but it is not relevant to you. This would be front page news in the present and not something you'd have to search a data base for.  If you can't accept that, then you again really need to seek help for anxiety.  PEP would be outrageous to take after a rabies shot and any doctor that would provide that is not competent.

I understand what you said. But my country still have blood transfusion that infects hiv even in this year. This is the reason why I felt terrible after the injection. I already started PEP. Thank you so much for you help. I am so grateful to you and I hope I can get your help about having PEP  such as should I have PEP for at least three months like those two women. Thank you so much !!!

I got a rabies shot, but that rabies shot is a blood product, made by people's blood. I checked the producing process of that company, it should be safe with the windows period 90 days recheck., but I afraid they lack of regulation in their production of rabies.

You feel you need PEP for an injection you received (vaccination) at the hospital?  If everyone did that or needed that, the whole world would be on PEP.  In this whole wide world, you quote some random cases and try to apply them to yourself.  That is anxiety at work. No, if your fear is that in receiving appropriate treatment gave you HIV, No.  You don't need to take PEP or worry about HIV.

Hi, thank you so much for your comment. The reason that I took PEP is China actually had a terrible safety  especially on blood  transfusion, I saw many cases about blood transfusion infect aids and some cases about blood products infects hiv in China. Do you have ideas that can help me solve those problems above? Thank you so much!
