Protected Sex But Menstrual Blood Exposure

I have protected sex with a woman I recently met.  While she was in the top position her period started. By time we notice my testicals were covered with her blood.  I washed the area with soap and water and alcohol (not fun). To top things off, the following morning I had a friction (like a rug) burn on my testicals for her stubble.  What are my risks of HIV exposure?

This discussion is related to Hiv and burns .
