My stupid multiple exposure, plz assess, please

Friends here, I know my story below will sound stupid, but I am very scared.

I am a gay but tested negative in the last test this May. Two weeks back from now, I went to a bar and talked with a man. Then we went to hotel, there was no absolutely no penetrative or oral sex between us because I was always afraid of HIV from unknown person. But he gave me handjobs three times that day, I didn't check if he has cut on hands. I was about to leave the next morning, but we had a quarrel over who should pay the hotel money while he was running out of his temper and start to punch and scratch me. It was not a bad fight but afterward I have some bruise and abrasion on my right arm. No serious running blood but still some visible skin broken, and I didn't check if he has cut on his hands.

I do not know his serostatus and never meet him after that. I am so scared because of those handjobs and the abrasion I had from him. Please help me:

1, Is this a risky exposure
2, Is there documented case of HIV transmission from fight, punch, scratch, and hand-job
3, If I go test a month from now is that ok?

You don't need to test but the 4th Generation DUO is 99% reliable for the detection of HIV1 at 4 weeks.

thank you very much Rain. I also rubbed my member against his back and chest, no penetration still though.

I know there has been dispute, but whether 4th generation Elisa test at 4 weeks can give me a peace of mind? Just to calm myself down.
