Red Blood Cells in Urine

Guys
This is going to sound stupid but I'm a little panicky. 2 weeks ago I had very brief unprotected sex and I was the receptive partner. No blood or precum etc.
This week I had pain from my groin to my balls and the doctor did a urine sample. Came back with my red blood cells being high (+15) and advised "nothing to worry about" and tested neg to STD's also.
Would this be an indication of HIV? As I said, stupid - but I am worried now

No not an indication of HIV. Only way to know if you have HIV is to test at 3 months post exposure. Nothing else will ever give you an indication.
