Ris of HIV and ARS symptom

About 45 days ago I have received a body to body massage from a Chinese girl in London.  after that she put a condom and intercourse. once it is finished she checked the condom but at that time I didn't check it so I'm not sure about its status . 3 weeks after I have got ear pain and sore throat without any fever but since two weeks ago I am having some rush on my stomach and arms it is like 6 to 8 5mm pink rash and very very itchy. and none at my home or office are having that kind of rashes so I have got freaked out and worried. Am I in danger ? do I need to test ?   Please Advise .
Thank you

It could be skin allergy or stress. Just discuss with your doctor

Protected sex is NO risk. You should have been known wether the condom broke or not. Anyway if the comdom have been broke it would be very very very very very very low risk and we never seen any man get HIV from this incident. Stop worry about that come and play soccer with us bc we have only 10 players.
