Risk from agressive sex

9 weeks ago I had sex with a sex worker in a former Russian country. She was fingering herself and had vaginal fluid on her hand prior to handling the condom she put on me. She then proceeded to give me very agressive oral sex, followed by vaginal sex from behind. She reached around behind me during sex and dug her hands in to my buttocks. The condom appeared to be intact when I removed it with paper towel, but I am concerned it may have had a very small tear on it. The day after I had what appeared like bruising on the rim of my penis and the head of my penis was very sore and uncomfortable. 4 days latter I had blisters show up on my buttocks and as well as pain on the head of my penis and discomfort while urinating around the 10 day point. At 14 days I went to the doctor for STD testing and herpes was verified. At 3 weeks I noticed some bumps on my forehead which the Dr confirmed as Molluscum. 5 weeks after the encounter I had a few short, mild fevers with mild sore throat at the same time. I returned to the U.S. around the 5 week mark and started having trouble sleeping more than 2 - 3 hrs at a time without waking up.  I have done a lot of travelling and never had trouble sleeping when returning to the U.S.

Started taking Valacyclovir at 7 weeks and had the molluscum on my forehead frozen with cryotherapy. Around the 7 - 8 week mark I had about 15 red bumps about 1 - 2 mm on my neck and on my upper chest area, as well as some very fine bumps appeared on my forehead, temple and along the hair line at the same time. My forehead started to become  very greasy and I had to start washing it twice a day. The skin on my neck and chest was just slightly red and forehead appeared to be normal except for the small pin head sized bumps as well as the 4 or 5 Molliscum bumps that were healing.
I have been tested for HIV at the 2 week mark with everything else  and again at the 5 week mark when I returned to Canada with an antigen 1 and 2 test. At 9 weeks now and the tiny forhead bumps are slowly fading, the chest only has about 3 bumps and the neck still has about 5. Have had some tingling in the legs and feet, but I have been contributing them to the Herpes. I have not had a second outbreak but have had tingling sensations in the area of the original out break on the buttocks, on the head of my penis and in the lips as well. Never really noticed any swollen glands or major flu type symptoms, some mild symptoms was all. Normally I would have not been concerned as the sex was protective, but with all of the other symptoms and the agressive oral and vaginal sex, along with the positive herpes,  I have been concerned I may have also come into contact with the HIV as well. Very worried at this point. I will be returning to home to the U.S around the 3 month mark and will definately be getting tested again for HIV, just to be safe.

Any chance the rash and symptoms I have been encountering could be more likely a result of stress, reaction to the cryotherapy, reaction to the drugs, or does it sound more like the ARS rash?????

Irrational fears. You never had an exposure.

Thanks for such a quick response. I tend to believe your thoughts and have definately been trying to think positve.

This may seem far fetched but I believe I may have got caught up in a turf war between escort services in a hotel. That is why I suspect there was intent to infect people and or customers of the other escort service at the hotel.
Could there have been any risk from her purposefully infecting the condom with vaginal fluid prior to putting the condom on me. Especially with the agressive sex and oral sex she performed on me. The head of my penis appeared to be bruised and sore for a few days and I still have a small bruise for about 1.5 centimeters long and 1 mm wide on the rim of my penis. I also have what appears to be two small purple bumps with indented centers that look like molluscum on the rim of my penis as well as the bruise. The molluscum started as 1 lesion on the rim of my penis and I think I then transferred it to my forehead. The Dr was not sure that what was on my forehead was Molluscum but he froze it anyways.
Could the small bumps and bruises be the start of warts and could it have been passed to me by infecting the condom. Unfortunately the bumps/purple bruises are there and could have only have gotten there by hand to genital contact or by the condom possibly being infected prior to her rolling it over my penis. There is no doubt the herpes were intentially rubbed on my buttocks during the sexual encounter. I am glad to hear that you feel the HIV risk is practically 0.  Thanks again

Condoms don't get small tears. You had protected sex and you don't have an HIV concern.
