Risky Exposure

Hi,

I'm male and had unprotected sex with a CSW in late jan '09.After 6 weeks of post exposure i developed symptoms that related to ARS like rash come and go (arm, armpit, chest) stuffy nose, stiff neck, lymph nodes under jaw, sensitive skin get red easily, sore throat, join pain and muscle cramp.I got freak after that and called the CSW and she said was clean and no symptom of ARS.I was unconvincing and ask her to get a test at 12 weeks and it was NEGATIVE (not sure she is lying and only told Anti-HIV test).I get myself a blood test in the lab at (9,11,14 weeks) post exposure its HIV 1/2 Elisa ( not sure what generation) and all came back NEGATIVE.I'm still not sure i can put all this behind me because some information site required 6 month follow-up test for high risk case.Do i still have to wait 6 month to be conclusive or put my anxiety to rest? I still have the rash till today when i woke-up in the morning but disappear in lest than a hour.Am I having a very late seroconversion that the test could not pick up my antibody? Appreciate a reply....

Hi, thank you for your response, I'm relieve now.One more question, why some information site say different generation of HIV Elisa test give different accuracy after exposure, I thought all will be the same if Elisa method of test claim to have 99% of accuracy?
