I recently when on a guys trip to Las Vegas.  I had a few drinks one night and got an escort and brought her back up to my room.  This is what I remember from this point on-she put a condom on me and gave me some oral--she then climbed on top of me and rode me for 3-5 minutes until I was done.  When she stood up the condom wasn't on me anymore--she looked for it and found it on the floor beside the bed--I assume it came off when she got off of me and fell to the floor.  What are my risks here?  I cannot sleep or eat--I am very happily married with kids--I cannot believe I did this...….

If you are sure that your urethra was protected during sexual intercourse and the condom fell of during ejection, there is no risk.

Since you were in an inebriated state, if you had a doubt whether the condom was used correctly - your urethra was exposed to unprotected penetrations just take a test at 4 weeks with a IV Gen HIV test for your peace of mind, it's very unlikely that you had unprotected penetrations since CSWs would also want to protect themselves and ensure usage of condom for their own safety.

I personally don't think there is anything for you to worry.

Only the head needs protection, and only you can figure if that happened. Touching hiv is not a risk because it is dead in air so the head only needs protection while in the vagina.

So it looks like there is risk here since I never saw if the condom was on when she got on top of me, I wouldn't think she would pull it off if she used it for oral.  Is it safe to get tested after 30 days, I really cannot function between the guilt I have for doing this and the possible end game.

I woldn't even worry while waiting to test - if that is what you do - because she is likely negative otherwise why would she spend money on condoms? She doesn't care about you, so the condom is just for her protection.

Thanks Anxious--it is human nature to worry-- I will try not to.  Even if there was unprotected sex it was only for a short time.  How early can I go get the 4th generation test?
