Possible delayed ARS

Hi,
I went to strip club on Dec 23rd and had a lapdance during which i fingered the stripper's vagina.
I am not sure if my fingers had any cuts on them.  I believed this to be very low risk exposure and went about my work.
On Jan 4th, I had fever like symptoms for a day or two and had persistent sinusitis for a couple of weeks for which I had antibiotics which had mixed results.
On day 32 I had an HIV 1/0/2 EIA which came back negative and on the 55th day Feb 16th, I had a DNA PCR along with EIA done which came back negative.
Now, on Feb 26th, I had about 101 fever for a couple of days for which I went to the doctor and had antibiotics and steroid shot.  The fever reduced but the infection continued and it spread to my lungs.  Now, 10 days later and 2 courses of anti biotics and steroids, my lungs are still infected and the doctor is puzzled why the antibiotics are not working.  I cannot discuss my HIV fear with my doctor but I am worried that this latest bout is related to HIV ARS and I am still about 2 weeks short of my 13 weeks to get another EIA test.
I have read the posts that ARS usually occurs 2-4 weeks past exposure and my exposure does not count as high risk.  But this continued infection without any effect from anti biotics and steroids is causing big worry.
DNA PCR is supposed to be accurate at 28 days and I was hoping I dont have to go through another round of agonizing tests.
Can anyone suggest if I have to go through the test process again.

Teak, Thanks for your confidence.  There are cases where hospital workers contracted diseases with much less riskier encounters and they wear the gloves while examining the genitals for a reason.
I hope you are right and take it that the 55 day PCR/EIA combo is all I need.
Now, if only I can get rid of this lung infection/loss of appetite/thirst/ etc.

You didn't have a risk and you didn't need an HIV test.

Are you saying I do not need another test, absolutely?
