Scared for boyfriend

Hello. I will try to make this as brief as I can. I had unprotected vaginal sex with a guy on October 1st 2008. We were both tested for HIV a few months before starting school. I have had the following tests:
19 days Rapid EIA HIV 1/2
35 days ELISA HIV 1/2
44 days Rapid EIA HIV 1/2
56 days Rapid EIA HIV 1/2
66 days Rapid EIA HIV 1/2
72 days Rapid HIV 1
93 days Unigold Rapid HIV 1
112 days Rapid EIA HIV 1/2
ALL NEGATIVE

I had protected sex with my boyfriend twice 3 weeks ago. He has now come down with a horrible sore throat, fever, and yellow phlegm/mucous this week. I am scared to death that I gave him HIV and he is showing ARS signs. The reason I am still very concerned is that I am still within the six month window period (2 months to go) and I have lost so much sleep over this. Please, if anyone can give me their opinion on the matter. Also, the condoms we used did not appear to break at all, but I dont know how I can be 100% certain that there were no tears or holes. Also I kept those condoms in my wallet which I am now reading can cause them to not be effective. Does this mean more likely to break or it would have microscopic damage that I would not see. PLEASE HELP!!! I am so anxiety striken from all this. Thanks.

That was the old guidelines and they are not up to date on the new guidelines. 3 months is conclusive.

Thank you teak for your reply. I have one more question. I am in the Cayman Islands and here they say the window period is 6 months. Is this because they are being conservative because it is a small island that they want to monitor the hiv situation closely (being that you have to be tested to get a student visa or work permit here). I am just concerned about the quality of the tests if they say six months. Maybe they are not as sensitive. The lab tech told me they get the tests from the US but I am not sure what that means. Would I still be considered conclusive with these circumstances. It is very scary that my boyfriend has flu-like symptoms exactly three weeks after we had sex. Thank you for in advance for any replies.
