Should I go to the test and can I have HIV?

I was in Ibiza and had sex with prostitutes, first time in brothel-house, with spanish girl, i had condom, we had sex for 15 minuttes with french kissing, after the sex prostitute took off condom, which was okay and I don´t know why she started hand job for 10 secondes. Three days later i had sex with black woman from the street and had condom, it was only 5 minuttes sex and condom was okay. It was 3 weeks ago. 2 weeks ago i went home, i had sex with my GF and one day after i had a bit problem with my penis and got pain in my balls, i took ATB and after 3 days it was okay. But after one week from my home arrived my GF was ill, fever, sore throat , got pain of muscles.(that was also one week after we had sex).
Next week, 7 days after, when my GF got only big headache for two days my troubles started. It is 3 weeks after the sex with prostitutes. Wednesday evening i had a bit fever, day after i had fever 38 and more and had pain of my muscles and bones. Friday i had really high fever, about 38,5 and had sore throat and nightsweats, and saturday i had no fever, felt better, but i had nightsweats without fever, which scared me. Today is sunday and i feel better but am scared. Also i have white tongue. (but i think i have it often). Please tell me, can i have hiv? Should i go to the test?

You wrote about your "that was also one week after we had sex"
Anyhow, it doesn't matter, because your described case doesn't carry risk.

Your GF's symptoms showed up too early to be related to HIV. HIV symptoms, if they show up at all, come around 2-4 weeks after infection. Apparently it's some ordinary flu. And looks like you caught it form your GF.
The exposures you described don't carry risks of hiv.

See your doctor if your worried but it wont be related to HIV. Teak seems to be the expert on here see what his posts are that will convince you that you cant get HIV from Protected sex

you wore a condom therefore its not related to HIV. I had all sorts of symtoms and i tested at 5 weeks and was negative even though there was no risk of HIV as i wore a condom. Most of your symtoms will relate to anxiety especially seating at night read posts on the anxiety forum and all your symtoms will relate to anxiety i guarentee.
