Scared, penis discharge, std? hiv?

Had unprotected sex with prostitute about 18 days ago...now i'm scared and the anxiety is killing me. I had a weird feeling in my penis for about 2 weeks, but nothing major..just slight discomfort. 2 weeks after exposure i noticed penis discharge and burning, warm tingling sensation in penis (urethra?) and itchiness througout body, especially genital area. Check myself everyday and havent noticed eggs, or anything so i excluded crabs off my list. Are these any signs of HIV???? Please help....

Thanks for your reply, yea the itchiness is i'm hoping just a side effect of my anxiety...as for an STD i'm on the same boat as you...i'd rather have any STD compared to having contracted HIV...i just wanna start ruling things out based on symptoms, and yes the wait is nerve wrecking!! I still have a good 2 months to go, this past few weeks have been horrible and full of ups and down just thinking much.

I had the same itchiness throughout my body entire body with no rashes/lumps/lesions after 1 n a half weeks since my exposure.. Couple of days later, I was diagnosed with herpes.. The itchiness soon faded away.. Still awaiting my 12/13 week for a conclusive HIV test.. Its really nerve wrecking... I didnt have any sort of discharge though..

Your time lenght is rather confusing.. 18 days ago exposure, had weird feeling for 14 days.. and 14 days after exposure tingling feeling? means u felt something at 4 days post exposure?

I'm dead anxious of HIV.. I didnt really bother about other STDs as it a small price to pay compared to life threatening HIV.. Difference was I had unprotected oral, protected vagina..
