Scared to death of hiv any help at all please!

Okae so this past august i had unprotected sex with a guy . We were planning tohave a baby and decided it was rong and i did not want to have sex with hiim anymore.I had sex with him about 7 or 8 time i can't remember so ill just say under 10. I wish i could go back in time and change this i hate myself for it because now it is haunting me. I got tested yesturday at my doctor office  and she said she wanted to see me back in a month but when they looked she said she was not going to be in in december so she said january 20th .How on earth am i going to deal with this? am stressing so bad i have a hard time going to sleep it has took over my life worrying. The bad thing is i don't really have any friends to talk to this about so all i do is sit and think about how i wish i could go back to august and change how every thing went. I am such a screw up am nothing but a bad seed. Is there any hope for me after all this and no idk if he was hiv+ or not he is such a liar. Any words for me from anyone would be nice.

Only a 3 month post exposure test  will be able to give you a conclusive negative test result.

You should have had a DUO/COMBO at the 4 week mark.It is 99% accurate and go to another clinic and test now.It will give you the strength to fight on.Modern tests are very accurate these days.

Disregard any symptoms you have between now and seeing your doctor. Symptoms are of no use for diagnosing HIV and the only thing that is 100% conclusive is a test three months after exposure.

As Teak says the situation is out of your hands now, so just do what you can and keep busy.

Keep yourself busy and stay off the net and the time will go by a lot faster.
