Yes it is frustrating and it is scary but your fears are totally unfounded and driven by anxiety and not by risk.
YOu don't need to worry about this anymore.
Thanks, Teak. It's so frustrating to have all these symptoms and not have an HIV risk. It's pointing more to a bacterial infection anyway since from what I understand the lymph nodes all swell up at once with a virus. Most of my lymph nodes are swelling up these days but it's happening gradually and really is quite painful. I hope that you can understand just how frustrating this is.
Well, at the risk of being suspended or banned, I was the one doing the sucking this time. Tasted precum, didn't swallow. While you guys have told me that I can't get HIV from being sucked, what about the other way around? I have lost a significant amount of my butt, my groin nodes are painful, and before I get tested I just want to know if I can get it from sucking, with or without ulcers in my mouth.

Thanks for all the comments guys. Even if some of them weren't HIV related, I still appreciate the concern. Anyway, I had another, yes another, illness back at the end of August and into September. Again, only had a oral sex a few weeks before. Had the sore throat which lasted the whole time, very mild fever for a day, but also had a loss of voice on the second day that went on for three days, coughing up lots of green phlegm the whole time. I don't recall my lymph nodes swelling. The only odd thing about this one is that the sore throat would never stay stationary. It would rotate. One minute the pain would be in the upper left then it would be in the lower right and so on and so forth. Anyway, a month later, my lymoh nodes on the right side of my groin start swelling up and stinging and aching. At the same time my butt starts shrinking on my right side. Could what I have experienced at the end of August be ARS and now in October be experiencing muscle wasting? It didn't feel like mono or the flu but more like a cold since my nose was stopped up a little.
Then you send them a private message and do not post non HIV concernments on the forum.
you are telling me to move on for trying to help and suggest an alternate diagnosis? Or to have further testing done? We are here to help one another, right? This IS Med HELP correct? My symptoms were/are the same and I am letting him know what I found out. I am not here to mislead anyone. He needs help, and by telling him it's not HIV related, I understand. But he needs to find the right forum. Obviously he feels it was transmitted sexually, and to prevent further spreading of an infection, if this indeed is what happened, he needs proper testing and treatment. Agree?
You've been told that this forum is HIV specific. MOVE ON.
wait and see if these symptoms make sense to you.
Muscle aches, sore joints, headaches, stiff neck that crackles, possible ringing in ears, lymph nodes swollen, sore throat, mild vertigo, sleep issues, does your head of penis look different? Anything look like blackheads? NGU symptoms? Semen brownish tinge? Painful ejaculation? smallish red spots on torso or weird rash?
you are right. This will not show up as HIV. But he does have an infection. And my smyptoms were EXACTLY the same as his so I am helping him look in another direction where he can get help. Is'nt that the reason for us being here?
This is an HIV specific forum.
Mycoplasma infection, possibly Mycoplasa Fermentans-Incognitus, You also might want to get checked for Lymes. Lyme bacteria (Borrelia Burgdorfer) has been found in ALL body fluids and researchers are finding it in semen and vaginal fluids. The paper like cuts are indicative of a HHSV (herpes simplex) viral, either HHSV 6, or 7 or 8. Research IMMED or go to www.immed.org and look at Infectious diseases.
The people that are "experts" here have never seen an infection like this before, so they don't know what it is. There are hundreds, if not thousands that have had the same symptoms and are being told "it's in your head". Go look at my post in the experts section addresed to Hansfeld, he said I had a "pychiatric disorder". I found it was Lymes and Mycoplasma Fermentans-Incognitus. So much for a diag here. If you don't fit into their mold, you don't have an infection....If they don't figure this out soon, theres gonna be an epidemic worse than HIV cause Lymes is EXPLODING at over 300,000 new cases a year. And it's not just spread by a tick..
Saliva is not infectious.
what if he spit on his hand and rubbed my dick and there were splits.
Even if one of my foreskin splits broke open again?
congrats on loosing weight...keep up the good work.
YOU DO NOT HAVE A HIV CONCERN
It's been almost a month and I'm still feeling weird. I have also gone from a 40 inch waist down to a 38 and I have noticed poor wound healing. I have also noticed swollen nodes not just on the right side of my groin but also on the left but not as swollen and not painful. I'm also seeing little cuts on my hands that look almost like paper cuts. They disappear after a few days. I'm not sure that HIV would cause this so soon after ARS and given the fact that the fever and stiffness lasted a day and half and the sore throat and lymph nodes took three more days to subside, points less and less to HIV, but I'm hardly an expert. I'm getting tested next week.
Cuts or sores would not change your no risk exposure
Yes but I did mention that I had foreskin scrapes that I thought had healed and I was wondering what if they had opened up again during the blowjob.
There is no debate (among experts) about the HIV risks associated with oral sex. The risk is so low that almost nobody who cares for HIV infected patients has ever had a patient believed to have been infected that way. Among experts, it's a semantic issue about using terms like "no risk" and "very low risk". There is no difference between my or Dr. Hook's use of "low risk" and other experts' "no risk".
DR. HANSFIELD
"And oral sex is basically safe sex -- completely safe with respect to HIV and although not zero risk for other STDs, the chance of infection is far lower than for unprotected vaginal or anal sex. Please educate yourself about the real risks. If you stick with oral sex and condom-protected vaginal or anal sex, you have no HIV worries and very little worry about other STDs. " DR HANSFIELD
"I am sure you can find lots of people who belive that HIV is transmitted by oral sex, but you will not find scientific data to support this unrealistic concern..." DR HOOK
"HIV is not spread by touching, masturbation, oral sex or condom protected sex."- DR. HOOK
in the public HIV Prevention forum of MedHelp, TEAK and the other moderators maintain that oral sex in all forms is a zero risk activity. Would you agree with this assessment?
I TOTALLY AGREE / DR GARCIA
The observation on thousand and thousand of observations is that HIV is not spread by oral sex (of any sort). DR. HOOK
"With regard to the question you ask, I will repeat, as I’ve said more times than I can think- there are NO credible cases in which persons have acquired HIV through performance of oral sex- none!!. The chance that you will be the first is ridiculously low. You are more likely to be hit by lightening while reading my reply to you. DR HOOK
"HIV is not spread by masturbation, through oral sex, through kissing or other casual contact." DR HOOK
"There is no credible evidence that HIV is spread through oral sex, with or without the presence of cuts or blood in the persons mouth."- DR HOOK
"Oral sex. there is no evidence that HIV is spread through giving or receiving oral sex"- DR HOOK
"HIV is not spread through oral sex." DR HOOK
"HIV is not spread through giving or receiving oral sex" DR HOOK
IF YOU ARE HAVING HEALTH CONCERNS...SEE YOUR DR. IT'S NOT HIV RELATED
You never had a risk of hiv transmission from the oral sex, however test for other STD,s.Your symptoms are not related to hiv because you engaged in a no risk situation.
