Sharing straws/bills

Is there any risk of contracting HIV from sharing straws/bills to snort cocaine?

If it's not a risk, why not? I know HIV dies rather quickly outside its host, but what if the next person snorting took the straw/bill from the other person, who might have HIV, quickly and snorted forcefully?

Dr. Hook has also started in a post that HIV has been transmitted this way in two documented cases. Doesn't that put it as a risk?
