Should I be worried about having HIV?

Hello doctors. I would like to thank you if you decide to answer my question. Here is my story. Approximately 4 months ago I had protected sex with a sex worker. I refused to have oral sex with her so we just had intercourse for around 15 minutes then I carefully withdrew my penis and removed the condom. Then I  filled it with water and no sign of leak or rupture found. Plus she showed me 2 negative HIV tests with a 3 month interval between them.
Then approximately one month ago I met another sex worker and i refused again to have oral sex with her. Then i touched her vagina (without introducing my finger, just rubbing) for around 3 minutes and then masturbated for another 2 minutes. Then I put the condom and had intercourse for around 20 minutes. finally i withdrew my penis and condom, filled it with water and found no leak or rupture. This woman didn't have any HIV test like the first one but i did not see anything wrong with her. Also I bought an extra thick condom (those who are thicker than regular ones). Now here is my question. approximately one week ago I began to sneeze a lot, runny nose, etc. But nothing else. I started to worry a little bit and my doctor prescribed me a CBC and urinalysis. everything was okay except for a high level of eosinophiles being 0.6 x 10^3/uL. White blood cells were 8.2 x 10^3 /uL,Neutrophiles were 4.7 x 10^3, Lymphocytes were 2.3 x 10^3 and monocytes were 0.5 x 10^3. red blood cells were 5.42x10^6 and hemoglobin was 15.70g/dL. Hematocrits were 46.6%.Is this related somehow to HIV?,Should I worry and test for HIV? Your professional advice and opinion is greatly appreciated and woud give me peace of mind. Thank You.

Yes, You have nothing to worry about here,

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

I forgot to specify that after rubbing her vagina i masturbated myself not her. I hope that the little amount of vaginal fluid that was on my hand did not put me at risk. Anyways I dont know if the condom's lubricant kills HIV or the exposure to oxygen (air) kills it. anyways thanks to Teak and Nick One 7 for your advice!
