Should I rely on these tests?

Doctors,
I had unprotected anal sex with a prostitute either on the 17th of 24th of April 2015, I didn’t have any symptoms Of HIV till the moment typing these words , however a week later I had discharge, I went to the doctor and he made for me a urine culture and urethra swap and both result came negative, however; he put me in antibiotic for 2 weeks, then the discharge stopped; after another 2 weeks to ensure all is fixed, we repeated the urine culture it came negative; but the urethra swap showed that there is a heavy growth of MRSA bacteria. Then the doctor put me again in antibiotic which the bacteria was sensitive to. And now I’m fine:-
On the 28th of Apr-2015 I did these test TPHA Test (AGGL) negative qualitative, V.D.R.L (AGGL) ^ negative qualitative
On the 27th of May -2015 after either 34 or 41 days of exposure I did HIV duo test CMIA and result came nonreactive as 0.13.
On the 23rd of June -2015 61 days after the exposure, I repeated the same test from the same lab and result came nonreactive as 0.44
Q1:- Should consider the HIV tests as conclusive or should I repeat it after 90 days as some of the web-sites say 90 days is the conclusive period and some say 6 months also.
Q2: Should I repeat the TPHA & VDRL tests again.

Kindly help and advice.

Yes it is conclusive. However, if you still are worrying, you can take the test again but do note that you will just get another negative result.

Multiple negative results simply means that you are negative. Your test results will not change.

Is it really 100 % conclusive?, Would you advise to repeat again? what about the 90 days window period?
