The chances I may have hiv

On November 3rd I had sexual relatinions with anouther man, during this time I inserted into him with out a condom and he bled on me. I currently don't have a spleen and took a hiv test at 4 weeks with my doctor. However now at 61/2-7 weeks I have had some lesions appear on my arms they are redial purple on the outside and darker skin colored and or scabbed on the inside. No other isssues except at 4 weeks I had strep. Doctor says most likely hiv negative however I just feel anxious and am looking for outside view and or knowledge on the situation. Thank you.

Thanks, question do you think having a spleen could cause the test to be inconclusive in any way?

The clinic would have asked you if you had a spleen if it was a factor that affected testing.

Hi... if u take 4th gen duo test at 4week@ 28th day, which means ur result is conclusive.. if ur doctor using 3rd gen antibody test, u need to wait until the window period is 84days @ 12 weeks and do the test and get a conclusive result... however 4th week result turns negative is good... be well...

I have since also developed strained eyes, the lesions are red with green centers I am personally worried however I do have a doctors appointment on the 20th the. I just wait to hear back.
You need to discuss the eye problem with the doctor if there are lesions, in case he can see you sooner. You don't have HIV if your test was a duo, but you might have something else.
What do you mean if it was a dou
4th gen test
