Skin Abrasion

Hi there
Apologies if this has been posted before. I played with an unknown partner on the weekend and noticed when I got home that I had lost a bit of skin on my penis. The issue is he had ejaculated over my balls and hand and that hand had touched my penis. My question is whether I should go see my doctor about PEP if it is a risky activity

Mutual masturbation is zero-risk regardless of any circumstances like skin abrasions or pre-ejaculate fluid or ejaculate fluid.  HIV cannot stay active outside the body to infect another person.  HIV infection can only occur inside the human body (i.e. unprotected anal sex, unprotected vaginal sex, and IV drug works).  You are fine.  You have no reason to get HIV testing because of this incident.

You're overthinking this trust me. Reread my original reply.

Thanks for that. I am also concerned though as he came on my balls and hand and in turn I could have possibly rubbed it over the abrasions. And I don't know if they bled as I only noticed it afterwards when I had a shower

Mutual masturbation is completely safe. Nobody gets infected through those activities regardless of abrasions.
