uncircumcised inner foreskin not pulled

i am uncircumcised male.used condom while having vaginal sex with a CSW in india. She seemed to be in haste and put the condom on while my penis was flaccid and rolled it down to near bottom. It clearly was covering the head of my penis and much part of my penile shaft. But the inner foreskin was not pulled back before putting it on.The insertive vaginal act lasted for less than a minute(40 -50 seconds),i ejaculated inside,on withdrawal i saw the condom is still covering the head ,but NOT the entire shaft. while i think it clearly must have covered my inner foreskin but while searching web i found this link http://www.health24.com/medical/Condition_centres/777-792-814-1757,41252.asp ..that shows that inner foreskin can stretch to some extent of the penile length.Clearly my head and the skin next to the rim was covered.but some part of the penile length was not.on withdrawing i found the condom containing the semen,so it was not broken.but did it slip? i have found mixed consensus regarding the foreskin thing. Also in india subtype C(heterosexual contact) is prevalent.does it change any risk factor? i mean the cdc statistics?.Please respond

When the head of the penis is covered does it necessarily cover the inner foreskin part as well that is "susceptible" to the virus?

I'm not sure what kind of condoms you're using, but of course the foreskin is covered.  You've tried to convince yourself that your foreskin was somehow stretched all the way down near the base of your penis, where the condom may have ended.  You're "what iffing" is what you're doing, and that is anxiety talking.

if not then the entire idea of protected sex would stand different for uncircumcised men.

Not unless poeople do not know how to properly use a condom, in which case, it's effectiveness isn't guaranteed anyway, regardless of being cut or uncut.  That's why the terms "consistent and correct" are used when describing condom use.  That would be like someone putting a condom on, and ripping a hole in the top, to let their member breathe, or something silly...would THAT be proper condom use?  No.

When a condom is reported to be effective against HIV, it's under the assumption that the condoms are used properly,.  If they're not, then of course there could be issues.  Only you know if you put the condom on right..my guess is you did.

When you have sex, retract your foreskin, roll a properly fitting condom on, as far down the shaft as it will go (which is pretty far).  Unless you had the worst circumcision in the history of man, your foreskin will not be anywhere near the end of the condom.

This is all anxiety speaking...I don't believe you had a risk..I think you're reading too much into this, and I think anxiety is now causing you to question ridiculous things, such as your foreskin being stretched all the way down the shaft of your penis.  Come on now, man....if that was the case...you wouldn't be having sex, because you would be in too much pain, and you wouldn't be maintaining an erection.

Let it go already.  There's nothing more we can really tell you. You're creating a problem where there isn't one.

Thank you nursegirl6572 for your valuable comment and thanks again for spending time over it. I am really concerned what to believe and what not to.Some studies show foreskin contains langerhans cells that helps hiv virus to bind with them and transmit them all the way to lymph node.Although i agree this study had been done on people engaging in unprotected sex,no study exists for people who engage in protected sex (people who used condom) and are uncircumcised. This is my only concern.

Thanks in advance to all the experts in this forum.

It's very simple, if the HEAD of your penis was covered, then you were protected...the foreskin is irrelevant.  It's the urethra on the tip of the penis that is the point of entry foer HIV.  That was covered, therefore, you never had a risk.

Thank you at_ss ,your advice is appreciated.you were a real help thanks for all the good work you are doing.
BTW one more thing do all the experts in here think the same .that was it a safe sexual encounter ? and as long as the penile head is covered so will be the inner foreskin?provided one is uncircumcised and condom did not cover the entire shaft?

I personally wouldnt recommend testing, however if you feel that testing would help you calm down, you can always get tested.

Thank you at_ss it really seems so, thanks for your valuable advice.so does it mean i practised 100% safe sex even though "the maybe" foreskin part is in the picture.Do you recommend any testing for this exposure.

I think you are getting paranoid. It seems pretty far-fetched that your skin would roll up so much that a properly used condom would not protect it. I personally do not think this can/would happen. As the semen were collected in the condom, this means there was no problem. I think you are safe and there is no hiv concern.

thank you at_ss for the prompt reply,it is very much appreciated, but sorry to bug you again,The skin next to the rim of penile head was very much covered by the condom and that i know for sure but what about the part of inner-foreskin thing that "may" have been NOT covered by the condom(as shown in the link i provided, the inner foreskin do stretch to some part of the penile length). . does it increases any risk? or i can safely assume there was 100% safe sex.I repeat i am uncircumcised.Do you advise testing for this incident. This was my only sexual exposure till date.

The head of your penis was covered. You found semen in it. This means the condom worked. Had the condom slipped, you would have known and the semen wouldnt have been inside the condom. It doesnt matter if the entire shaft is covered by the condom. You did not have any risk. You are good.
