Some questions about HIV.

Hey there! I had unprotected oral sex with a male as a bottom, I gave him blowjob about 10 mins, he didn't ejaculate to my mouth but not sure about pre-cum.
He ejaculated on my hands with full of non-bleeding cuts.

1) Is oral sex a risky activity for HIV transmission?
2) What about ejaculating on hand with cuts? Any risk?
3) Finally, do you recommend testing for HIV?

Nearly, all ARS symptoms shown. (Most scary one was lymp-nodes.)

Sorry for bad english. :)

Unless you just took a razor to your mouth or had teeth removed it's not a risk.

Thank you but blowjob was pretty rough and hard. Does it change anything? And also I have a bad oral health, unfortunately.
