Please Help_ Menstruation_blood_HIV

Hello experts

I really am confused, anxious and want to advice from experts. Please help my life.
My problem is.
- On 10/1/2014, I had sex a  prostitution – girl – a protect vagial intercourse (which used a condom the right way, I knew it because: I had to be careful during sex and examined  with water to ensure no tearing after sex, condom fully covered my penis, self-select durex condoms).
- However, after sex I discovered, that girl was in menstruation due to blood found on all over  condom, and some  blood on the base of the penis – at my public region (the part adjacent testis)
My question is:
1 Does this make me at risk for HIV (transmission through openings at the base of the penis). I emphasize that condoms are still fully covered, only the base, adjacent testis, leaking,
2 Do I need to get tested?
3 Time is how long testing after suspected exposure
4 I can have a normal sexual activity with another lover is not?
Thanks very much Hope

Urethra/Head of the penis needs to be fully covered. Which in your case it was. So you are safe and stop with the worries :). You are welcome.

Thank for your answer. I'm not at risk at all?

The condom used also only covered my penis by approximately 3 quarters. What sort of contact is required for HIV transmission? Is contact during protected sex at the base of the penis likely to be of concern?

the urethral was been cover. (I'm sure)
My concern is the blood can made trasmission thought the area that condom not cover (at the base of the penis)
Thanks again

Hi,

The answers for your query are as below,

1- No The base of the penis is intact, there is no opening there.
2- No
3- 4 weeks for 4th gen test and 3 months for standard antibody test.
4- Yes provided you always use condoms besides your committed trust worthy partner

Regards,
Nikhil
