All in my mind?

I am getting tested in two days but I'm so worried. I had oral sex with a guy seven months ago and he came in my mouth. Now I'vebeen diagnosed with ibs. I have no fever or swollen glands but I do have bowel irregularity, stomach cramps and mild diarrhea. Could this be stress and anxiety our HIV?
