needing advice

Hi,  about 7 months ago i had unprotected sex with a male. his HIV status was unknown. he did not ejaculate inside of me however i still want to know how high my risk is. about a week or so after we had sex, i started experiencing cold or flu like symptoms. the glads in my neck were swollen, i developed a sore throat and a runny and stuffy nose. there was no fever, however it felt like i had one. I went to the doctor and he said that i had a sinus infection. about two weeks later, these symptoms came back, however they werent as severe. i was tested for all std's and found out that i had chlamidya. i was tested for hiv as well but the test came back negative. however i am still nervous because it had only been to weeks after i had unprotected sex.
Now i am with someone else whos HIV status is negative. Every once in a while after we have sex the glands on one side of my groin may become swollen. this past time the swelling began right after sex. the swelling is not noticeable to the eye but you can feel it when its touched. i am going to get tested again soon but i cant do it right now like i need to because of money.
my questions are:
1. how high was my risk from unprotected sex 7 months ago?
2. do my symptoms sound like Hiv
3. what could be causing my glands to swell every once in a while after sex?
any help or feedback would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advace

Thank u vance. Just one more question, I know that swelling of the lymph nodes is a common thing with HIV is the swelling supposed to last a certain amount of time?

No. ARS if one gets them comes on at 2-4 weeks, not 1 week. Also a fever is the symptom your going to get if you get any.

also, a couple of weeks after i wasnt sick anymore, i had these sore spots on my tounge. they were white around the outside of each sore. the sores lasted for about 3 or 4 days. after they went away the first time, they came back this time i only had one and it lasted for 3 to 4 days as well. I have not experienced them again since then
