Swollen lymph nodes

my question is regarding swollen lymph nodes, mainly in the neck region. How easy is it to determine if they are in fact swollen, and if they are, is it usually under the jaw line or the middle of the neck. Also, are there other symptoms that usually accompany swollen lymph nodes. Thanks in advance.

they come to that conclusion because they are worried wells, suffer from ocd, anxiety ridden!!!!!  let me just say that probably 99% of the ppl who post here that "think" they have swollen lymph nodes...DONT actually have them when they finally go to the doctor to have them checked.

there are sooooooooooooooooooooooooo many things that can cause a lymph node to swell.  something as simple as a cat scratch can do this.

Thanks. Do you know of any common symptoms that could come along with swollen lymph nodes.  i see a good amount of posts on this board about people saying they have swollen lymph nodes, i'm curious to how they come to that conclusion.

You cannot diagnose swollen lymph nodes. See your doctor if you believe you have swollen lymph nodes.
