Symptoms killing me

Hi

I have been really worried since a long time now. I had a fever for a week with swollen neck lymph nodes, both tonsils (right one more) and painful upon slight touching and swollen gums. Some 40 days later I have got a throat infection accompanied with fever that stayed for three days.

Two to three years back - I performed unprotected cunnilingus on a female call girl and didnt notice any ars like symptoms but was worried. Condom didnt fail.
Then since January I ve had 4 sexual exposures. All vaginal protected with call girls (CSWs)

Worries ---
1. Deep kissing with no blood taste or anything and didnt have any visible mouth problems
2. The two year old cunnilingus (no vaginal secretions in mouth but chapped lips )
3. Condom slip while pulling out (since I had waited but no contact to her vaginal fluids as far as I can remember)
4. Wearing condom on flaccid penis
5. I cant say if condom was failed as I can not feel if there was a small tear but as far as I remember all were intact        before i threw them.
6. 70 minutes prior to a sexual encounter I shaved my pubes and got a small cut on testicles. Dont remember seeing any bleeding during sex but worried that vaginal fluids might have got on.

1. Do I have any risk according to all situations I have described above ?
2. If i have ars what kind of lymph nodes will there be? painful to touch or painless. will they resolve in 7 days or stay longer.
3. Do I need to take a test.

Please help me. I have been getting suicidal. I want to live this life and swear to never have sex again until

Hi Again

I spoke with the helpline people in my country and they say that I should go and get tested. I donot understand why they are being so conservative. Why they are not taking statistical significance.

For oral sex they want me to take a test.

What do you guys say. Shall I take a test or not I am worried as 1 month after my last exposure I had swollen tonsillar lymph nodes , fever and swollen gums for a week.
If these are ars symptoms please tell .
Please tell if I need to take a test.

Hi, you had no risk for contracting HIV from what you describe so no testing is needed.
Its contracted by unprotected vaginal/anal insertive sex, sharing iv drug needles and mother to child.

Hi teak

Can you please tell me what it could be and answer my questions. I am presently suffering from the throat infection fever and its the fourth day today. Throat infections were never this long for me.

If hiv can be ruled out then I need some logical explanation because I think this may be a very early sign after the clinical latency period.

I hope you understand.

Thanks and stay blessed

Thanks man.

1. What exactly do you consider risk.
2. Do I need to take an HIV test.
3. Do lymph nodes stay or are they like as in my case.
