Symptoms of HIV

I know you get this a lot but I'm gonna ask anyway. I had protected vaginal sex with a friend of mine who doesn't know her status. The condom broke and it probably took 4-5 mins (max) to notice it. That was about 26 days ago. Two days ago I noticed an enlarged lymph node on my neck - slightly enlarged. I've been touchin my neck and groin for 4 days looking for any enlarged nodes. Then I noticed one enlarged in the groin. Today I developed some fever and I have a pain in the back of the neck. Yesterday I wen't and got thested (that's at 25 days after exposure). The test was negative. So, my question is: Can I count on the accuracy of the test? When a person has HIV symptoms does it mean his antibodies are detectable and alternatively, does the test mean that the cause of my symptoms is something else? Oh, and something I forgot to mention - I am medically circumcised. Thank you for the attention.

Thanks for the replies guys. I got more than one lymph node swollen. One on the neck and one in the groin. This is why I'm so worried about it.

You would not just get one swollen node if you got symptoms and your fever would be very high.
