Symptoms?

Okay,
So let me start by saying this. I have never had sex. I have never done drugs, let alone shared needles. I have never had a blood transfusion and my mom does not have HIV.
One night I saw a TV show on HIV and wondered if I could have it.
A few weeks ago I had the 24 hour flu. The next day 2 lymph nodes on the right side of my neck flared up. Since then I have been having tingling all on the right side of my face and neck, along with one time in my left foot. I have seen 3 doctors who tell me I am at no risk. Then one said I have seborrheic dermatitis on my scalp (same size as the nodes). Ive been under stress for the past 2 weeks worrying im infected (alot of the symptoms apply from what i've read online).
The only thing I have done out of normal life is masturbated into toilet paper a few times about 2-4 weeks ago, and about a month ago cut my ankle playing street hockey.

What stage of HIV does seborrheic dermatitis come? Whats happening to me!
