TS escort - oral sex risk

I need your sincere advice. I am currently terrified.
I live in Munchen, Germany. Two days ago I had a sexual encounter with a trans-sexual escort. I was my first time.
I received unprotected oral sex and gave protected oral sex. Both lasted for 15 - 20 minutes and no other type of sex happened. During the protected oral sex I used my teeth a couple of times and while masturbating her ( her condom was still on) I noticed some small amount of fluid on my hand. I look for tears in her condom but I did not notice any. I am very worried that I might have torn the condom with my teeth. She did not came, but pre-cum fluid was in her condom. Assuming that she was HIV + and the the condom had a small tear and some of her pre-cum got into my mouth, what are the chances that I got HIV? Take into consideration that the oral sex was quite vigorous.
Pls, give me your sincere opinion. I think I made a huge mistake, although I tried to be protected.
What should I do?

What should you do? What should you do? You should do what I would do- cherish the happy memories and otherwise forget about the incident. Oral sex (whether protected or not) does not transmit HIV, so you can just forget about it.

What should you do? How about stop worrying because you never had a risk from oral sex & even if the condom broke it would have made no difference as far as HIV is concerned.

Thank you for your responses,
but I want to remind you that the oral sex was quite deep and long lasting. Does that not increase the risk of HIV?
I am very afraid...

I just came back from the doctor. he said that I should wait a couple of weeks and then come back for full STD panel test. He said he does not recommend PEP treatment, but if I want to take it he will agree.
He is not specialized in HIV, but said that he knows that HIV can also be transmitted through unprotected oral sex.
Now I am freaking out even more.
Should I go to PEP treatment?

No incident HIV infections among MSM who practice exclusively oral sex.

There is no debate (among experts) about the HIV risks associated with oral sex. The risk is so low that almost nobody who cares for HIV infected patients has ever had a patient believed to have been infected that way. Among experts, it's a semantic issue about using terms like "no risk" and "very low risk". There is no difference between my or Dr. Hook's use of "low risk" and other experts' "no risk".
DR. HANSFIELD

"And oral sex is basically safe sex -- completely safe with respect to HIV and although not zero risk for other STDs, the chance of infection is far lower than for unprotected vaginal or anal sex. Please educate yourself about the real risks. If you stick with oral sex and condom-protected vaginal or anal sex, you have no HIV worries and very little worry about other STDs. " DR HANSFIELD

"I am sure you can find lots of people who believe that HIV is transmitted by oral sex, but you will not find scientific data to support this unrealistic concern..." DR HOOK

"HIV is not spread by touching, masturbation, oral sex or condom protected sex."- DR. HOOK

in the public HIV Prevention forum of MedHelp, TEAK and the other moderators maintain that oral sex in all forms is a zero risk activity. Would you agree with this assessment?
I TOTALLY AGREE / DR GARCIA
"HIV is not spread by masturbation, through oral sex, through kissing or other casual contact." Dr. Hook
"The observation on thousands and thousands of observations is that HIV is not spread by oral sex (of any sort)." DR HOOK
"I would not say your risk ,if he had HIV is "slim to none"- that's too high.  I would say they are effectively zero.  How much of his ejaculate or other genital  secretions you may have swallowed makes no difference.  EWH "
"As far as HIV is concerned, there is no known risk of getting HIV from performing oral sex on an infected partner, even if that person's genital secretions get into your eyes or if you swallow." Dr.Hook
HIV is not spread by oral sex, giving or receiving, even if sores, gum disease or blood is present
DR HOOK
The fact is that there are no cases in which HIV has been proven to be transmitted by oral sex, including fellatio..  EWH

I am puzzled. According to http://www.ashastd.org
How is HIV transmitted?
"HIV can be transmitted through the blood, sexual fluids (semen, preseminal fluid, or vaginal fluid) or breast milk of an HIV-infected person. People can get HIV one of these fluids enters the body by way of the mucous membranes (the soft, moist skin found in any opening of the body) or the bloodstream. The virus can be passed during unprotected vaginal, anal or oral sex with a HIV-infected person. An HIV-infected mother can transmit HIV to her infant during pregnancy, delivery or while breastfeeding. People can also become infected with HIV when using injection drugs through sharing needles and other equipment (or works) including cookers and cottons with someone who is infected. "

It clearly states that it can be transmited through oral sex with a HIV infected person.
Who is right?

Just pls tell me why most medical sites describe oral sex as posing some risk of getting HIV?
such as : http://www.avert.org/oral-sex.htm
http://aids.about.com/cs/safesex/a/oralsex.htm
http://www.thebody.com/content/art58210.html

I am not trying to contradict you pointlessly, I am just seeking an answer.
Pls help...

You've received your risk assessment here, we don't require that you believe it.  You have the information we have supplied, what you do with that info is up to you, but we simply cannot continue to go back and forth about it.

I just talked with my doctor, he said he does not recommend PEP at all, and that it will do me harm with no reliable reason.
I am so afraid of what it will follow...

I finally convinced my doctor that i want PEP. I went to the emergency and received the first Lamivudine/zidovudine pills.
So, I started the first PEP pill 29 hours post exposure. I that too late?

what about this statement of H. Hunter Handsfield, M.D.:
Oral sex is not just a theoretical risk.  It is a real risk, but the efficiency of transmission is low.  Most people infected by oral sex are the oral pertners who perform fellatio on HIV infected men.

* Anyone who continues to post excessively, questioning a conclusively negative result or no-risk situation, will be subject to action by MedHelp. Conclusively negative results or a no-risk situation will be based upon the criteria established by MedHelp’s doctors. Action will be taken as follows:
    * After excessive posting, a warning will be issued by MedHelp
    * Continuing to post regarding the negative result / no risk situation will result in a 3 day suspension
    * Continuing to post upon your return will result in a permanent ban.

I promise this will be my last post.
Let's assume that my PEP treatment was needed. Currently I am taking lamivudine zidovudine teva tablets - lamivudine (150 mg) and zidovudine (300 mg). I started the treatment 29 hours post-exposure.
Is this a good treatment?
How efficient will this treatment be in preventing a possible HIV infection?
Thank you...

You were given nPEP for no reason, you had no risk & you don't need testing. What you need to do is seek professional help right away.

You are needlessly spending $1000s of dollars on a treatment that could kill you because you are mentally hung up on HIV. It is not an efficient treatment in your case- it is a harmful one. The money would be better spent on mental help.
